Whitney and James Houlin welcomed little miss Jillian Viviana into the world on July 21st 2011. She weighed in at 7lbs and 7 oz. Seriously this little one was so TINY and perfect!! I held her for just a few minutes and she stole my heart. She is just to perfect I am so glad Whitney and James let me come visit and hold this little sweet heart!!
