Highlights of an Awful day

Yesterday was awful!! I've been getting this little head cold thing coming on and awful headaches. So I went home early from work yesterday (I actually went to my moms because mom's just have that awesome power of just their presence is comforting LOVE YOU MOM!! :) Anyways we ended up staying late because I was feeling so sick and my non-puking  streak of 13 days ended (which i'm so grateful for the 13 days). Lets just say it ended with a "BANG" and not a good one.
The first cute thing that came out of this was at one point I was frustrated and started crying and my family's cat Miss Match came right over (before anyone noticed my tears) and cuddled right up to me!! Seriously that cat is SO darn amazing (and I normally don't say this about animals) He is seriously the best cat/pet ever to have come in the Wiggins family(ask any of us! :)
My real reason to  post was because of  this cute amazing  little one:
After I had been puking a lot,  Sawyer my nephew (who has the most tender heart ever!!) Comes up to me and says "It's ok Jesus is right there!!" (while pointing to a tapestry of The Savior hanging up above my parents landing) He made me cheer up so fast. Later he tucked me in with a blanket and gave me a kiss on the forehead and said "night meggie!" AH I love that little boy so much!! A BIG THANK YOU  to Mollie and Sam Lyon for raising such an amazing kid!!
The last highlight of an awful day was:
We got this cool new Pocket Doppler Fetal monitor. I used to think it was amazing  till I realized I was hearing my heartbeat a lot more then our little ones. I soon got frustrated on not being able to find the heartbeat so I gave up on it. That is until last night, we were laying on the couch watching a movie and I kept having the feeling "check the baby's heartbeat" over and over. After having the night I had the LAST thing I wanted was to be upset that I couldn't hear the heartbeat. The prompting kept coming. So I got it all set up and started the search. I almost immediately found the heart beat I watched as the numbers raced up and stopped at a pretty good 157. The sound was SO LOUD there was no doubt we were listing to our little one. We also kept hearing really loud "bumps" not sure if the baby was moving or if I was (though I swear I wasn't).  Any ways I'm so grateful my Father in Heaven loves me enough to give me these "highlights" or Tender mercies as if to say "Meghan it is worth it hang in there!" I'm so grateful for all the people in my life who help me everyday!!

14 weeks

I made it to 14 weeks or 4 months!!YAY SECOND TRIMESTER!!!  (Well in 2 days) So happy most of my sickness is gone!! I'm still nausea but I haven't thrown up for a whole week (knock on wood)!!! WAHOOOO!!!! :) I  have also gained a BIG new tummy yay? So for those who asked for pictures here ya go...oh and excuse my chicken like wing for an arm!

Daisy's Baptism

Wow my baby sister is baptized!! I'm so proud of her!! Very emotional day for me. Daisy is my mini me, and a friend. Her and I have a special bond that i'm so grateful for!! She is so sweet and caring though sometimes a little stink but who isn't from time to time. A cool thing happened as well my little brother Tucker was able to Baptize Daisy and  my dad confirmed her!

She is so darn funny here is a story from the other day:

Her and I were sitting on the couch and she asked if I knew everything. I said of  course I do. So she started asking all sorts of questions and I would say a random number like..

Daisy: How many people in the world? Me: 6.9 billion

Daisy: How many dogs?Cats? Me: 1.4million, 1.57 million.

After a few more questions and asking my mom if I was correct and of course I was ;) Daisy then asks my mom... "Mom when i'm older will I be as smart as Meghan?!" Mom: "I'm sure because you look and act like her." Daisy: "YES!!!"

Merry Christmas..

I know its way past Christmas but I haven't blogged  so I better start. We had a wonderful Christmas very busy but good here are a few highlights..

YAY ME!!

I feel so exhausted now but earlier today I felt pretty good which pretty good is amazing on my own personal scale right now :) Here is ALL we accomplished today!!

• Deep Cleaned the our apartment.
• De-Junked the apartment which meant getting 7 whole garbage bags FULL of old stuff that were basically junk. 
• Moved three tubs of "stuff" to storage.
• Went through all our Clothes and Shoes got rid or ones with stains or holes and gave to small of ones to new owners.
• Cleaned out our Fridge.
• Put all the Christmas  Decorations  away and normal Decorations up plus dusted.
• Did all our Laundry and folded and put it away.
• Went to my parents for FHE and Dinner.
• Went grocery Shopping (which was way  over due because Nothing has sounded good the last  few months so we haven't been major grocery shopping till now. Just a stop here and there to the store. I know sad right?)
• Blogged about my day :)

I am so grateful I've started to have good days now!! I can't wait to be into the third trimester (which is in one more week!!!) I hope that by week 14 I start to have almost all GOOD days. Which my mother says since I'm starting to have good days that's a big possibility, and She was usually over morning sickness any where from 12-15 weeks!! So yay for GOOD DAYS!!!
